Trilogy Disability Services is a boutique, purpose-driven provider of disability services, committed to empowering individuals facing disabilities, trauma, and mental health challenges to live fulfilling lives.

Our Journey
Trilogy’s story began over 30 years ago in the shared vision of our founders, Cathy and Nicole (Nicki). With a wealth of experience in disability and mental health services, they wanted to create an organisation that goes beyond conventional support by truly listening to and understanding each person’s goals, dreams, and unique circumstances.
In March 2017, they launched Trilogy Disability Services with their first property, focusing on children’s respite care. They saw firsthand how positive, intentional support could transform lives and open doors for families and individuals.
From those humble beginnings, Trilogy has grown steadily over six years, expanding to meet the needs of the Central Coast and Northern Sydney regions. With nearly 20 properties offering specialised support, Trilogy Disability Services has become a trusted name for individuals and families seeking tailored, compassionate care.
